About

Two decades of building enterprise AI — from boardroom strategy to production systems.

I'm Anand Mahalingam, Ph.D — currently Head of AI & Data Science at Digit Insurance, and I've spent 20+ years scaling AI and data programs across insurance, healthcare, telecom, and enterprise services. My work sits at the intersection of frontier AI and enterprise scale — building LLM-powered platforms, agentic systems, and Voice AI pipelines that ship to production and stay there.
